WIKA Introduces Advanced Sensing Technology for HVAC Systems: High Accuracy, Modular Design, and IIoT Integration
Lawrenceville, GA | August, 2024 - WIKA has expanded its A2G series with three new measuring instruments, enhancing its smart sensing solutions for ventilation and airconditioning systems in public and commercial buildings. The new models—A2G-500, A2G-520, and A2G-540—are designed with high measurement accuracy, a modular structure, and a durable design. These instruments are easily integrated into both new and existing HVAC systems.
A2G-500: Measures differential pressure, gauge pressure, and vacuum with an accuracy of ±0.5%.
A2G-520: Designed for components like fans, it measures pressure differences and accurately calculates airflow using a calibration factor.
A2G-540: Controls differential pressure and airflow, ensuring optimal system performance with versatile connectivity.
The A2G series offers a future-proof solution, supporting all signal transmission methods. The instruments can be integrated into control systems or IIoT cloud environments via analog, digital, or wireless signals (LoRaWAN®).
Expandable Design
The modular design allows for easy functionality expansion, with options like additional displays, relays, or extra inputs and outputs. Setup and operation through the WIKA app are straightforward, making these weather-resistant instruments both user-friendly and lowmaintenance. The display’s traffic light function provides instant visual feedback on system status.
