WIKA Group’s ESG report makes sustainable commitment transparent

WIKA presents its 2024 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report, offering a comprehensive overview of the measurement technology manufacturer’s sustainable development in these key areas.

The ESG report details the impact of WIKA’s activities, the objectives and the current status for the three core areas of sustainability: ecology, economy and social. The focus is on measures related to climate protection, working conditions, employee development and retention, as well as innovation capability. In preparing the sustainability report, WIKA was guided by the internationally recognised “Global Reporting Initiative” (GRI) standard.

The company is committed to enhancing process efficiency and increasingly integrating renewable energy sources. On the one hand, WIKA focuses on minimising its own environmental footprint and, on the other hand, develops targeted products and services to support customers on their path towards greater sustainability.

“Sustainability has many facets,” says Alexander Wiegand, CEO of the WIKA Group. “We are therefore convinced that we can only shape our future positively with solutions and processes that are conceived holistically. Together with our customers and partners, we strive to drive economic transformation and safeguard our livelihoods for future generations.”
