Design your ideal pressure measuring instrument with us – whether mechanical, mechatronic or electronic – WIKA offers an extensive selection. Naturally we also combine this, depending on the requirement, with the appropriate accessories (hook-up) or with a diaphragm seal for the most difficult of measuring tasks. This incorporates our experience from numerous implemented projects, through which we have proven solutions and components that we can draw on. Our decades of experience in pressure measurement technology enables us to offer you individual solutions with purely indicating (mechanical) as well as mechatronic pressure measuring devices. The use of modular system technology with its extremely flat design offers a wide range of possibilities with regard to the positioning of the measurement technology and the design of the surrounding components. At the same time, it enables a reduction in assembly times and costs.
The identical dimensions of the model PMM01 mechanical pressure measuring system and the model PMT01 mechatronic pressure measuring system enable interchange without changing adjacent components. Versatile, proven copper-alloy Bourdon tube pressure gauges form the basis for the cost-effectiveness of these OEM integration solutions.
By using diaphragm seals, pressure measuring instruments can be adapted to even the harshest of conditions. The multitude of designs and material combinations offered by us makes it possible to handle a very large range of pressures, also at extreme temperatures and with the widest variety of media. Alongside the standard materials, there are numerous special versions available for almost all instruments. Thus our diaphragm seals also find many uses in specific applications such as in sanitary applications or in hazardous areas.
