The product range of WIKA Process Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Micro Precision Products Pvt. Ltd.) includes orifice plates and flange assembly, compact orifice plates, conditioning orifice plates, integral orifice and orifice meter run assembly, flow nozzles, venturi nozzles, ASME PTC-6 flow fozzles, venturi tubes, averaging pitot tubes, wedge flow meters, aerofoils, single stage, multi-hole and multistage restriction plate assemblies, condensate pots, syphons, headers, honed spool pipes, pipe sections, flow straightening vanes, flow conditioners, prefab hook-ups, flushing rings and fittings, level chambers and stilling wells. Furthermore it includes a wide range of instrumentation valves and manifolds such as needle valves, pressure gauge valves, 2-, 3- and 5-valve manifolds, DIN valves, gauge cocks, swivel adopters, flushing rings.
WIKA Process Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Micro Precision Products Pvt. Ltd.) is ASME S- Stamp, CE–PED, EAC, CRN, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company. The facility is spread over 5 acres of land with additional 5 acres land available for future expansion and has a state of art facilities for machining, fabrication, engineering and testing.
Accredited calibration laboratory
WIKA Process Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Micro Precision Products Pvt. Ltd.) also has an in-house wet flow calibration facility accredited to NABL, in accordance with international standards. ISO / IEC 17025 based on gravimetric flow calibration method. This gives its customer an option of also getting their flow instruments calibrated after manufacturing. In addition it has a vast pool of engineers and professionals who are always striving to give their customers engineered solutions for flow measurement needs
