Precision pressure measuring instruments

For monitoring and control of particularly sensitive processes

Precision pressure measuring instruments are electrical measuring systems which convert pressure into an electrical signal and optionally visualise it. Precise pressure transmitters and process transmitters are used for the monitoring and control of particularly sensitive processes. Due to the low, DKD/DAkkS certified measurement uncertainty of down to 0.008 % of the entire measuring chain, the particularly accurate instruments find their primary applications as a factory/working standard for testing and/or calibrating a variety of pressure measuring instruments.

FAQ

For which measuring instruments is a manufacturer's statement on regulation (EC) 1935/2004 required?

Within the EU, all articles and materials that come into contact with food (food contact materials, FCM) are subject to regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.

For food contact, the measuring instruments are typically fitted with hygienic, easy-to-clean connec ...

At what pressure could the pressure measuring instrument be destroyed?

Pressure values above the overpressure limit can lead to irreversible damage of the measuring instrument. It does not matter whether this pressure is present constantly or only for a short period of time. In either case, the complete destruction of t ...
