Magnetic level indicators

At TC Fluid Control, we manufacture a wide range of magnetic level gauges which are used within a vast range of industries throughout the world. Our magnetic level gauges, which are made to order, are especially suited to applications where hazardous and corrosive liquids or gases are used.

What is a magnetic level gauge?

Magnetic level gauges are level sensors that use magnetism to provide an external indication of the liquid levels inside a measuring chamber. Within the chamber, there is a float containing a magnet, which rises and falls as liquid levels change. This causes the indicator to move up or down equally, giving an accurate measurement of the liquid levels within. Their reliability on magnetism means that magnetic level gauges typically require very little maintenance, and there is no need to regularly recalibrate the device.

Applications

Our range of magnetic level gauges are suitable for a wide variety of processes and are therefore the ideal solution across a selection of applications, including:

  • Harsh offshore environments
  • Nuclear power industry
  • Industries using dangerous and toxic liquids and gases
  • Water and wastewater treatment

High-quality magnetic level gauges from TC Fluid

At TC Fluid, we design and manufacture magnetic level gauges that accurately provide an immediate response to level changes, giving clear and sharp visibility over the full range of the liquid level. Our robust designs are shockproof and can withstand the toughest conditions including excessive moisture, vibrations, high temperatures and use with dangerous and toxic fluids. All units are completely sealed for safety.

Our engineers will provide guidance based on the application required for your magnetic level gauge, and as all devices are made to order, you can rest assured that your specific needs will be met.
