Repair
You have a defective instrument from WIKA or another manufacturer? We do what is needed to restore it to a serviceable condition. Just use our form for “Repairs” and send the instrument to us. Likewise, we are happy to support you if you need a replacement or repair on your diaphragm seal system. Please note that you use the form “Service for diaphragm seal systems”.

Submitting for repair for diaphragm seal systems
Short instructions on the submission process:
1) Open the corresponding form:
- “Repair” (any instrument, e.g. calibration instruments, pressure, temperature, force, level): Form
- “Service for diaphragm seal systems”: Form
2) Fill in all the required fields (highlighted coloured fields are mandatory).
- Reference: Enter your order number.
- Description of the instrument: Enter all the required information for the instruments.
- Decontamination: For contaminated instruments, it is imperative that the medium is stated (if required, with material safety data sheet). We reserve the right to refuse to accept unmarked packages.
3) After sending the form, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with the submission number (DE1100...).
4) Please mark the packet on the outside with the shipping label we send you.
5) In a second e-mail, you will receive the details of the contact person responsible for your submission.
