WIKA

WIKA at the drinktec

  • Date: 9/15/25-9/19/25
  • Place: München, Germany
  • Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00 hrs
    Friday 09:00 to 17:00 hrs

Under the motto "Sustainability = Hygienic Design + IIoT", we will be presenting a wide range of measuring technology for the beverage and liquid food industry at drinktec.

Experience live the connectivity of classic measuring instruments with the cloud and parameterise measuring points in live operation via IO-Link.

WIKA measuring instruments meet the highest requirements for hygienic design and process safety. Convince yourself of our quality.

Our highlights at a glance:

Membrane monitoring system type DMSU21SA with HART7 protocol.

The diaphragm monitoring system shows its strengths above all in areas where contamination of the product with the medium to be measured must be avoided, e.g. in UHT lines or aseptic steam monitoring. The diaphragm seal, which is equipped with a vacuum in a double diaphragm, monitors the vacuum and sounds an alarm if it breaks. The goods to be produced are nevertheless protected.

Benefits at a glance:

- Higher safety against production interruptions

- Greater safety against batch destruction

- Status message to the control system as required

Cloud connection for pressure, temperature and level measurement technology

IIoT solutions - even alongside existing SCADA systems - have the potential to improve production efficiency. Data acquisition for analyses or electronic batch records via IIoT adaptations, enables a simple and fast process without disrupting the existing control system.

Benefits at a glance:

- Complement existing SCADA systems to improve production efficiency.

- Cloud monitoring for optimised 24/7 monitoring

- Deep insights into complex processes

You can find out more about this topic in our lecture "At the crossroads of automation, cost efficiency and sustainability - How IIoT can save costs in aspetic plants." performed by Mr. Joachim Zipp on Wednesday, 14.09.2022, 11:30 - 12:00 in inspiration hub C6 at the fair. (Language: English)

Our experts will be happy to discuss your specific requirements on our stand. We will be happy to pay the entrance fee for you - simply request your free ticket.
