The process transmitter with integrated diaphragm monitoring is digitally integrated via HART®7 - the HART® protocol transmits measured values and the alarm signal. The system works with a double diaphragm whose evacuated intermediate space is monitored. Should the outer diaphragm rupture, the vacuum is broken and this triggers an alarm. The second diaphragm secures the process. The user receives the damage alert immediately. This enables the user to reduce the reject quantity.
