Regardless of whether we are involved in your research and development projects, in the production phase or in critical cases in the operation of gas-filled plants - we analyse the gas mixtures you use on-site or in the laboratory. Our analytics specialists also support you with their many years of experience and outstanding expertise in the field of gas mixtures (gravimetry, manometry and volumetry), gas compositions and also associated hazard assessments or EHS audits.

For the analytics, we have the latest measuring equipment at our disposal, such as infrared spectrometers, gas chromatographs and a scanning electron microscope with elemental analysis. The various analyses are performed in accordance with the relevant standards such as IEC 60376 and IEC 60480. Various laboratory areas are certified in accordance with IEC 17025.

All services described above include the delivery of an official test report stating the declared measurement accuracies (and detection limits). If we detect the generation/formation of solids in your gases, we can also extend the range of services offered to include solids analysis using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The use of this service requires a gas sample shipment to the nearest gas laboratory. Depending on the duration of customs and transport handling, a reaction of the more reactive decomposition products may occur.
